Can I Return or Exchange my order?


All customised items cannot be returned unless broken, They cannot be exchanged as they are customised for you personally. Plain items with no wording can be exchanged or returned before 14 days.




Which courier should i expect my delivery with?


We currently use Hermes which is a 3-5 Day Delivery service, However we do also use Royal Mail 2nd Class standard which is a 2-3 Day Delivery service. You will be updated with a tracking number if your item is sent via Hermes.




Is the Vinyl Decal Waterproof?


Yes our Vinly is waterproof However not dishwasher safe. When washing our products if needed it is adviced you take extra care around the wording (do not scrub)




When is your Christmas Last Order Date?


Our Christmas Last Order Date is the 22nd of November, This guarntees delivery before Christmas!




Refund Policy.


We dont not accept refunds after a 14 Day period. If the item arrives broken apon arrival we will offer a replacement or refund.




Fullfilment Policy


Production time of 2-3 Weeks (21 Days). Once Dispatched please allow a further 3-5 Days for the order to arrive incase of any courier delays.




COVID-19 Refund Policy


Due to recent events surrounding COVID-19, we are aware that the UK could potentially go into lockdown at some point where the postal services may not be running. If this is the case further down the line, we will not be able to Cancel & Refund orders. Orders will be shipped out as soon as possible. Please take this into consideration when ordering.
